Requirements
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Fellowship Trained
- Active State License or IMLC
- ACLS & BLS Required
- PM&R/Rehabilitation experience required
Practice Details
- Adult patient population (18+)
- Average patient age: 70
- Primarily Medicare patient population
- No special procedures required
- No APP supervision
- No teaching or resident responsibilities
- Stroke-Certified Facility
Additional Information
- Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
- Temporary privileges not available
- Malpractice insurance provided
- Interview with leadership team prior to selection
