About the Role
Seeking a Board-Certified Gastroenterologist for ongoing locum coverage at a hospital-based practice in MI
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekday night call
- 24-hour weekend call coverage (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM)
- Ongoing coverage dates available through January 2027
Practice Setting
- Hospital-based GI practice
- Endoscopy coverage plus inpatient consults
- Average daily volume:
- 18 outpatient procedures
- 20 inpatient scopes/consults
- EMR: Cerner
Support
- Collaborative team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs
- Onsite laboratory services
- Onsite X-ray services
- Full hospital support
Requirements
- Board Certified Gastroenterologist
- Active license required
- Comfortable with endoscopy and inpatient consult coverage
