About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join their wellness team in a clinical setting in downtown Toronto.

The successful candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, supporting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being through personalized treatment plans and professional care.

This is a great opportunity for an RMT seeking a part-time position, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic massage treatments using techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate follow-up therapies or exercises.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized treatment areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, address their concerns, and provide professional customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of current massage therapy practices and incorporate appropriate techniques into treatment plans.
• Follow applicable professional standards, infection prevention procedures, and clinic policies.

Qualifications

• Valid registration with the applicable massage therapy regulatory body in Ontario.
• Experience providing therapeutic massage services.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions relevant to massage therapy.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and client-care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
